T-Systems' Dataspace Accelerator Programme (DAP) is a structured, three-phase approach that fast-tracks suppliers from zero knowledge to active participation in Catena-X as data providers and consumers. As a certified Onboarding Service Provider, we enable technical onboarding within 48–72 hours.

In partnership with Cofinity-X, T-Systems streamlines registration, role setup, and validation, culminating in the issuance of a Business Partner Number (BPN). Our comprehensive services cover technical setup, organizational enablement, secure data exchange on test and production environments, and post go-live assistance — empowering seamless collaboration and scalable integration within the automotive ecosystem.

Phase 1

Preparation of Catena-X connection

  • Foundation Building: Introductory sessions on dataspace concepts, Catena-X architecture, and role-specific onboarding value.
  • Use Case Workshop: 2-hour interactive session on real-world use cases and onboarding scenarios.
  • Project Planning: Alignment on onboarding timeline, technical scope, and responsibilities between all parties.
  • Readiness Checklist: Suppliers complete pre-onboarding tasks such as DPA agreements, internal team allocation, and technical pre-checks.
Phase 2

Selection and testing of connector solution

  • BPN Issuance & Membership: Complete Catena-X registration to receive your Business Partner Number (BPN) and gain network access.
  • Test Environment Setup: Register and configure the connector in the Cofinity-X Beta environment.
  • Data Simulation: Exchange dummy/test data with trusted partners to simulate real use cases.
  • Production Onboarding: Register connector on Cofinity-X Production Portal and validate required configurations.
Phase 3

Piloting the connection & Go-live

  • Production Transition: Migrate from Beta to the productive Catena-X environment for selected live use cases.
  • Connection Health Checks: Conduct end-to-end testing of connectors, message flows, and data formats in real customer contexts.
  • Go-live Enablement: Activate business-relevant services (e.g., support, customer success) in live environment.
  • Hypercare Support: Dedicated support and monitoring for the initial weeks to ensure stability, SLA compliance, and issue resolution.
